Signs Which Indicate That You Need To Need To Take A Break From Social Media:

Can't stop scrolling: Every day you spend a lot of time scrolling for us little sessions here and there seem harmless, but it adds up and makes us addict to it.

Can’t enjoy whatever you’re doing without posting about it first: Even after posting you even spend much of our time on checking to see how many likes and comment it has rather than enjoying.

Cant stop comparing: You need to accept the fact that everything which we see on social media is not real and nobody’s life is exciting and fun 24/7.

Morning starts and Night ends with checking social media updates: This habit has been linked to increased stress and anxiety, not to mention it hijacks your time and attention.

If any of the signs similar to you then the best thing you can try is 'social media detox'.  According to 'Declutter the mind',  social media detox is a conscious elimination of social media use and consumption for a set period. The period can be a week, month or year. So, take a break from the reel world of social media and let yourself grow in real world away from world of illusions.
